  The Mental Health Association has a primary commitment to promote mental wellness for the residents of Broward County. A number of programs and services are available which promote education for mental health, prevention of mental illness and access to services and resources within the County. 

  SUPPORT GROUPS provide a free and accessible means for individuals to sustain wellness through peer support or via facilitated meetings. A range of groups is offered by the Mental Health Association. Additional groups are jointly sponsored by MHA and other community providers at the MHA offices. 

  • Depression Support: Every Monday, 10:30am - 12:00pm 
  • Depression/Bipolar or Manic Depression: Every Tuesday, 6:00pm-7:30pm
  • Parenting: flexible scheduling. Please call (954)746-2055 for Intake and additional information.
  • Schizophrenics Anonymous:  Fridays at 4:30pm
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder support group (facilitated by the OCD Network): 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 7:30pm.
  • Anxiety:  Thursdays,6pm
