Social workers will respond to all referrals made for individuals who are
in need of nutrition services. Meals are served 5 days a week at over 40
nutrition sites throughout Broward County. Transportation provided through
the centers. Delivers weekly meals to homebound persons who are
economically or socially disadvantaged and/or physically unable to prepare
nutritious meals for themselves. Must be 60+ years. No fees, but
contributions are accepted if the client can afford it. Meals for pets for
seniors on homebound program.
