Dixie Highway Oakland Park, FL 33334 Mon-Fri: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Serves Broward County and south Palm Beach County honorably discharged veterans with strict eligibility criteria for outpatient care. Must have proof of veteran status for first visit. Screens patients requesting admission to the VA Hospital in Miami and provides follow-up after discharge. Regular follow-up is provided to eligible veterans in medical/ surgical clinics and/or in the mental health clinic. Provides treatment for substance abuse, PTSD, HIV/AIDS and co-occurring disorder.
